Children's Party Cancellation Policy

We reserve special time, staff, and materials for your children's party. Therefore, we have the following cancellation policy:
  • Free cancellation within 72 hours of booking.
  • For cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled party date, 25% of the agreed-upon total amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before the scheduled party date, 50% of the agreed-upon total amount will be charged.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled party date, the full amount (100%) is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email. The date and time of receipt are considered the time of cancellation.

If you fail to show up at the agreed-upon date and time without prior cancellation, 100% of the agreed-upon amount will also be charged.
