Charging electric cars

The charging stations for electric cars are located in the large parking lot near the main building. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to charge your car at your accommodation.

Malfunctions

For disruptions in your accommodation, please contact our reception at 0599-236162. We will do our utmost to resolve any inconvenience as quickly as possible. Our technical service is present on the park until 5:00 PM.

Information channel

We have our own information channel. In case of emergencies or urgent matters, we will use this channel to notify you. You will also find important current information about animation, promotions, and warnings here. You can find the channel on television channel 991.

Boom barrier

Access to the park through the barrier is possible using the digital key found in your Landal App. You can enter the park between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM. You can always leave the park.

Laundromat

At the park, you can use our launderette. It's located on the right side next to Bartje's Bike Xperience and is available day and night. The cost is €6.00 for washing and €3.50 for using the dryer. Payment can be made via the payment terminal. Washing detergent...

Night silence

A period of quiet must be observed on the entire grounds from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. However, please keep in mind that there are children who sleep before 11:00 PM. At other times too, please do not let your neighbors “enjoy” your noise. Do not play your radio, etc., outside the bungalow.

We do not provide information or bungalow numbers of our guests. You must take care of this yourself.

Pets

Non-smoking

The park only has non-smoking accommodations. This is indicated by a sign you'll find at the entrance of your accommodation. We trust that the non-smoking rule will be respected.

Drone policy

If you wish to use a drone on the park grounds, you must request written permission from park management. In addition, the general legal rules regarding European regulations for recreational pilots apply.

Maintenance

During your stay, necessary maintenance may be carried out on accommodations or other facilities. Should this be necessary, it will take place outside of school holidays.

Parking

For a 2-, 4-, 5-, or 6-person accommodation, you may park 1 car at the accommodation. If you have reserved an 8- or 10-person accommodation, you may park two cars at the accommodation. We check the number of cars at the accommodation to keep the park as accessible and passable as possible.

ATM

There is no ATM on the park. The nearest one is in Borger. It is possible to withdraw additional cash at the reception, Bartje's Boerderij, the supermarket, and the Smulpunt.

Evacuation

During an evacuation, the police will warn you via loudspeakers. Take the shortest route on foot towards the main entrance, unless otherwise announced.

Liability for damage and/or loss

As stated in articles 11 and 17 of the general terms and conditions, the person in whose name the reservation is confirmed is responsible and liable for any damage or loss caused by the tenant and/or other users to the rented accommodation or other property of Landal Het Land van Bartje. Instructions in case of fire

For fire alarms, call 112 or the Landal GreenParks Control Room alarm number: 010 – 7506910. You can also use the intercom, which is located next to the reception's front door. Alert your neighbors. If possible, extinguish the fire using the available fire extinguishers.

Instructions in case of an accident

For minor accidents, you can contact the reception or, after closing hours, restaurant Het Land van Bartje. For other accidents, you can contact one of the general practitioners.
